Recovery 4 miler
I feel like I can certainly use a recovery run after yesterday. I finished up pretty strong and now I'm stiff and sore today.

Out the door by 8:35 so bonus on that. Legs are stiff and tired. Kept a slow and steady pace. The last mile I was facing into the sun and I was laboring. HR was up in the mid 150's even after I dropped the pace. Also am starting to develop a blister on my left foot arch. Hopefully a day off and some good running socks will help it go away!
