Day 15

Done with week 2 on to week 3... 16 more weeks to go before race time.  Today is a cross-trainer.  Went to the gym to hit some weights... 

bench 135 X 20-16-12
Pull-ups 10-8-4
Rows 55X10 70X10 55X10
Curls 20X10 30X10 20X10
Dips 10
Tricep pull down 45X10 each arm
Hanging leg raises 20-20-20

Made sure I iced my foot tendons which have been feeling a little sore.
